Step behind the decks in a universe made of stars. HAI Star Deck is a sound-reactive WebXR music world from HomelandAI: be the DJ in first person, or sit back and watch the cosmos dance to your music.
BE THE DJ
Stand behind a full-size, solid HAI Web Deck (the same controller as the HAI Web Deck browser app for the Pioneer DDJ-WeGO4) with your star hands on the platters. Scratch the jogs, ride the channel faders and crossfader, twist HI / LOW / FILTER, set CUE points, save and jump to 4 hot cues per deck, nudge with SEARCH, SYNC both decks, or hit AUTO MIX and let the set blend itself. Your laptop sits behind the deck with live waveforms.
LISTEN
Just experience it. In Virtual Space a star heart, a spectrum ring, a ripple floor, star nebulae and shooting stars move with every kick, snare and drop. Or relax in one of the four HAI Rooms, where lights, LED coves, speakers and the HAI sign pulse with the music. Show a room as a photo or rebuilt entirely in stars, or upload a room of your own.
PLAY YOUR MUSIC
• Built-in 122 BPM demo mix, ready the moment you arrive
• Your own songs (MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A and other formats your browser plays)
• Your phone over Bluetooth, your PC's sound, or the room mic
A song title box shows what's playing whenever you can't read it on the deck.
MADE FOR HEADSETS AND SCREENS
• VR: trigger to press, grab and drag; grip or the ✦ orb opens the menu
• Gaze-dwell works with no controller at all (Vive Flow ready)
• AUTO MIX blends songs 12 seconds before the end, so even gaze-only players get a full set
• On PC, Mac, phones and tablets it runs as a 3D page you can look around, no install
• Auto resolution keeps it smooth on slower devices
Everything in Virtual Space is made of stars except the deck itself: the real HAI Web Deck, built millimetre for millimetre.
