How to Join
Follow these simple steps to register your team and start building
Preparation
Choose teammates
Choose your teammates, and a team name. Each team must be from the same institution, and can include 2-5 people.
Form Team
Select a Team Leader for your team. The Team Leader will be responsible for registering your team for the hackathon and submitting your project.
Registration Process
Create VIVERSE Accounts
ALL team members must first visit create.viverse.com and create a VIVERSE account using their university/institution email address.
Complete Team Registration
The Team Leader navigates to this page (the Hackathon landing page), clicks “Join the Challenge”, and fills out the registration form. Important: copy the Team Code and keep it in a safe place!
Share Registration Link
The Team Leader shares the Team Code with other team members. Team members navigate to this webpage and click “Join the Challenge”, then use the appropriate Team Code to join their team.
Judging Criteria
Projects will be evaluated on these five criteria, each scored from 1-10 points for a total of 50 points.
